What is the best assault rifle in Warzone right now?
The short answer: the Voyak KT-3 is the number one long range gun on the public Warzone trackers this week, ahead of the MK35 ISR and the DS20 Mirage. All three are assault rifles and all three sit in the meta tier, so the top of the long range list belongs to ARs in Season 06.

What the top builds have in common
All 8 of these builds run the Monolithic Suppressor, and every one uses the FANG HoverPoint ELO optic, so the real differences come down to barrel, magazine and stock. 3 of them take a drum magazine (Voyak KT-3, MK35 ISR, AK-27), which suits long squad fights where reloading at the wrong moment loses the trade.

What to pair with your rifle
Warzone loadouts carry a long range gun and a close range gun. The top four SMGs on the tracker right now are VMP, MPC-25, REV-46, Ryden 45K. Any of them alongside one of the top three rifles gives you a meta loadout, and you can line any two up on the compare page.
A correction

How long these picks will last
Modern Warfare 4 joins Warzone with its Season 1 update, reported for 6 November 2026. From then, guns from earlier games lose Gunsmith and use a fixed five-attachment version, so these builds stop applying.
